All bidders, except the foreclosing lender, must be present at the sale.
Please listen carefully to the Public Trustee's instructions at the beginning of the sale.
Please quote in the specific name of the individual in which the Certificate of Purchase is to be provided.
The successful bidder needs to provide licensed funds in the quantity of the bid to the Public Trustee workplace by 2:00 p.m. the day of the sale.
